Refund policy

At Calmamix, Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products purchased directly from calmamix.com.

 To be eligible for a return: 

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order

 • Products must be in good condition

 • Opened products are eligible only if at least 70% of the product remains 

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

 If approved: 

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank 

 • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service

 If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@calmamix.com with:

• Your full name

• Your order number 

• Photos of the issue
