Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on
your location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. CALMAMIX is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
